Online booking is available via The Bath Box Office, also via brownpapertickets.com for Spiegeltent gigs, and in turn via individual online booking outlets for events from specific venues or promoters (eg. Komedia). To use those services either go to our website and click on the BOOK NOW links in the listings, or navigate straight to www.brownpapertickets.com, www.bathboxoffice.org.uk or the individual sites indicated. Both sites charge you for their services. Spiegeltent tickets via Brownpapertickets are charged a booking and transaction fee – £0.79 + 3.5%, including delivery and credit card processing – online and on the phone at 0800 411 8881 or +44 122 444 3377 from abroad. If you’re picking up tickets from the door be sure to bring with you the card you used to pay, some other ID, and all code numbers you were issued. Bath Box Office charges £2 for card transactions, another £1 per transaction online, £1 for postage. Depending on how many purchased at what price, you may find one or the other service cheapest – for the very cheapest deal, visit the Box Office in person and pay cash.
If you have questions or complex combinations of bookings, or value traditional personal service, the Bath Box Office is obviously the place to go, and they have the widest selection.
NB. we don't run these services ourselves, so we probably can't help with any problems with them - try the Box Office or online booking service as appropriate.
For some events payment is only on the door – and plenty of Fringe events are free, of course!
Most venues will have tickets on sale on the night - when we know an event has sold out we'll indicate that in Stop Press on the main page of this site, and remind on Facebook & Twitter. Some Spiegeltent and other events do sell out and we hate turning people away…
