The Fringe's visual arts programme is run by a seperate group from the performance part of the festival.
At some times in the past we've had to help, encourage, support and financially suppory that part of the festival to keep it running, and at other times there have been visual artists on our main committee, but at the moment they (and we) are perfectly happy that they are an active and autonomous group.
